How to Update a Payment Method

This article details how to update a payment method via the Livingston Chargeport App

1. Advise the driver to Log into the Livingston Chargeport App.

2. Hit the Menu key in the top left corner

3. Select Payment info and History


4. Select Update Payment Method



5. Have the driver enter their new card number, 3-digit code, and expiration date.
